Ghanaian President Akufo-Addo, like most other African presidents, acknowledges the importance of the African diaspora in the rising power of the African continent and extends a sincere welcome to those who wish to undertake such alliances. Reliance upon the diaspora is something that the Jews, and Chinese have done for many decades and the world is witness to the positive results. Tharaka Invention Academy is a pure manifistation of the push to use capital, manpower, skills and knowledge of the Africans in America to build up and contribute to overall African development and progress, especially through education and training of the youth in STEM and STEAM disciplines.
