Kaboub proposes a “bargain of the century” where Africa and the Global South collaborate with China and other countries to share technology and build a new multipolar world based on equitable development. He believes that by reclaiming control over their resources and industries, African nations can overcome the legacy of colonialism and achieve true economic and political freedom.
