One of the fun exercises my Invention School apprentices will perform is inventing a soft drink from 100% locally available materials. Who knows, their entries could lead to a successful export business to neighboring African countries or the world. Ghana had recently decided to make its own chocolate rather than ship the raw cocoa to European chocolate producers. As such, its confectioners are free to come up with their own chocolate recipes to sell to the world.
