After several consecutive days of heavy chemtrail spraying over my community, I was finding it took increasingly more effort to climb up stairs, that I was having to contemplate longer to make a trip to the Post Office or to take the necessary time to prepare a healthy meal… I thought about what substances may have been in the chemtrails ejected over multiple days worth of spraying in our area which exploit a long list of patented technologies. http://www.geoengineeringwatch.org/links-to-geoengineering-patents/ Bad… That crossed the line and put me on the path to notifying ALL public officials responsible for the public’s well-being and who have statutory responsibility to do something about the crimes against humanity being constantly committed in our skies. Subject: Urgent National Security and International Terrorism Alert

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please read the following notification carefully as it requires actions on your part and might have legal implications for you and your office in future.

I am writing to inform you that Geoengineering, often referred to as Chemtrails, exists as a global nuisance for the primary purposes of effecting military advantage, weather control and severe bodily injury and premature death with malice aforethought. There currently is unethical human experimentation in the United States as it relates to chemtrails and atmospheric release.

All people and animals then inhale these toxins while breathing, without informed consent. The toxins also poison the soil and fresh water sources.

Top 10 Causes of Death in US Related to Chemtrails
It is well known and documented that long-term exposure to air pollution consisting of particulate matter significantly increases the risk of dying from lung cancer and heart disease. According the the Center For Disease Control’s FastStats site, the top 10 causes of death in the United States are as follows:

• Nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, and nephrosis: 48,146
• Intentional self-harm (suicide): 42,773

Heart Disease – Mercury (from chemtrails) raises homocysteine-blood levels and blocks enzyme production. Both lead to heart disease.

Cancer – Chemtrail-based mercury causes genetic mutations; cancer by definition. mercury is a carcinogen. It causes cancer.

Respiratory Diseases – Chemtrail particulates embed into lung tissue inducing inflammation, fibrosis, and fluid retention resulting in numerous respiratory diseases such as bronchitis and asthma.

Accidents – Chemtrail-based mercury, cause sleepiness, narcoleptic symptoms, and shallow, restless sleep. The resulting chronic tiredness or sleepiness increases the incidence of accidents.

Stroke – Aluminum nano-particulates adhere to capillary walls causing blockage and inducing stroke. Furthermore, chemtrail-based mercury chronically blocks the arterial-building action of Vitamin C thus weakening veins and arteries making them vulnerable to rupture and aneurysm.

Alzheimer’s – Chemtrail-based mercury dissolves tubulin and actin resulting in denuded neurofibrils in the brain, which is the hallmark of Alzheimer’s disease.

Diabetes – Chemtrail-based mercury interferes with insulin production and with liver and kidney function resulting in diabetes and diabetic symptoms.

Influenza and Pneumonia – Certain chemtrail types directly induce flu-like symptoms in the population. Chemtrail particulates embed in lung tissue causing inflammation and fluid in the lungs.

Nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, nephrosis – Chemtrail-based mercury causes inflammation throughout the body leading to nephritis and related conditions. Aluminum non-particles enter the blood stream through the lungs and embed in live and kidney tissue leading to nephrosis and related conditions. Autoimmune diseases are induced by mercury which causes methionine mimicry causing the body to attack its own tissue (autoimmunity).

Intentional Self Harm (Suicide) – Chemtrail-based mercury is known to cause suicidal thoughts and depression.

The systematic and clandestine nature of the crimes and their striking similarity around the world indicate that it is a global program run by the international military-intelligence complex committing premeditated mutilation, torture, systematic subjugation and a silent genocide of parts of the population. It amounts to crimes against humanity and a global death camp program.

I am writing to formally request that under your statutory duty to investigate crimes against humanity, protect the civilian population from acts of terrorism, communicate matters of national importance to your government and uphold human rights, or otherwise, you pass on this message to the relevant authorities and you yourself act within your means to ensure that all victim cases are investigated and that these large-scale criminal operations are shut down in the United States by July 1, 2017.

The actions you take in response to this communication will be followed up over the coming months and should it turn out that you chose to ignore this notification and your duties to act to stop these crimes and to support the victims, you might be charged with, for example, official misconduct, malfeasance in office, dereliction of duty, conspiracy, aiding and abetting crimes against humanity, high treason or your legal system’s equivalent of such offences. Should that be the case, you will be called to account and held liable in one of the upcoming court or tribunal cases for crimes against humanity.

Symptoms of chemtrail absorption include, but are not limited to, metallic taste, sinus problems, nose bleeds, hacking cough, asthma symptoms, flu-like symptoms, headaches, dizziness, tiredness, memory problems, difficulty thinking, depression, irritability, meningitis-type symptoms, dry skin, rashes, gastrointestinal stress, and diarrhea. These are consistent with lead, mercury and barium poisoning. They are also suspiciously connected to drastic changes in climate and weather. And worst of all, the American people do not know what is being done to them by the very people we have elected into office. We need for the chemtrails to stop filling the Sky, and poisoning Land, Air and Water. We must NOT cause harm to ANY living being, human, or non-human. We must NOT violate spiritual and Natural Laws yet toxic spraying of the environment and people and flora and fauna has continued for decades and these crimes against humanity must be fully investigated and stopped. From around the world, the photographic, video and documented evidence available on the Internet is extensive and undeniable. These toxic geoengineering/chemtrail spraying operations are occurring over our heads in San Bernardino County and over large geographic areas in the US and the world ranging from weekly to sometimes daily spraying.

The evidence clearly suggests these militarized and covert climate modification and weather weaponization experiments and technologies have been slowly increasing continuously for many decades. They are now occurring daily without any open public disclosure, nor accountability for the death and damage being done. At this point the toxic materials identified in the geoengineering/chemtrail aerosols represent the most obvious suspect behind a long list of cancers and disease which have dramatically increased over the last decade.

The long running covert status of the operations (and their history) makes them difficult to openly address or protest. But we have to somehow get to the source of this problem, which lies somewhere buried within the compartmentalized agendas and projects of the government-military-industrial complex.

Another insidious aspect of geoengineering related electromagnetic frequencies (EMF) is that they can be used to impair, alter and control human bodily functions, movement, behavior and even thought processes often without the realization of the victim. This can be used to subvert the functioning of every aspect of human endeavor from personal relationships, business endeavors, to democratic processes and the national security infrastructure of a nation.

Mobile directed energy weapons come in all sizes and have various capabilities. They are hidden by the perpetrators in adjacent properties, cars, drones, planes and even parts of the national infrastructure. Agents of the surveillance networks carry assault weapons in bags and rucksacks. This covert weapons system is fully integrated and centrally controlled. Victims who fled to other countries discovered that their assault protocol travels with them and is continued by the local surveillance and law enforcement system in whichever country they reside.

It is affecting all of us, our children, our water supplies,Toxic air pollutants, or air toxics, are known to cause or are suspected of causing cancer, birth defects, reproduction problems, neurological, respiratory systems, extinction of animals and plant life, and blocking vitamin D reaching us.

Exposure to certain levels of some toxic air pollutants can cause difficulty in breathing, nausea or other illnesses. Exposure to certain toxic pollutants can even cause death.

Soil testing in many areas around the world reveal toxic levels of aluminum, barium, strontium, and other heavy metals – as documented in G. Edward Griffin’s documentary film “What in the World Are THEY Spraying?”. Anti-geoengineering activists have found abnormally high amounts of aluminum in the soil and are finding it in the hair and brains of children (including a little girl who lives in an organic garden paradise in Hawaii). Alzheimer’s disease and autism and subsequent death and debilitation can be directly linked to aluminum within the body.

The bugs in the soil are dying. 99% of the bees in North America were wiped out in the 1990s. Trees are falling apart, dying, and become incendiary fuel because of abnormally high levels of heavy metals found in chemtrails. The aluminum is altering the pH of the soil and agri-giant Monsanto has already developed “Aluminum-Resistant Seeds”!

Cases of Morgellon’s Disease are showing up all over the place where chemtrails are sprayed, with no explanation from the medical community. Unknown fibers are showing up in human hosts, bugs, worms are also coming out of the skin of some patients. This must stop!
