I do not trust most water, or water-based product from any corporate source or from groundwater sources fed by chemtrail-laced precipitation. That’s not the cause from which I want to die. The Return on Investment (ROI) in building this solar still was 6 months for it has produced hundreds of gallons of pure distilled water continuously over the last 10 months. After 10 months of almost flawless operation (no moving or replacement parts required), it’s time to prepare it for another year of mountain weather. (I just stupidly filled it with too much water in the basin on top while cleaning and broke the condensation glass cover LOL) I’ll incorporate a number of improvements based upon close observation of its past performance.

Consuming a lot of distilled water basically leads to a reverse gradient in the gut where salts and minerals move out of the body. Solar distillation takes place between 140-180 degrees Fahrenheit, well below boiling. The limits for this will vary from person to person as their body status will differ. Overall, the body will lose electrolytes which are necessary for proper functionality of the nervous systems and many other biological processes. I should mention that one can compensate by eating foods with the requisite minerals and electrolytes.

The best way to reach and maintain electrolyte balance is through a healthy diet.
The main food sources of electrolytes are fruits and vegetables. However, in the Western diet, a common source of sodium and chloride is table salt.

Since distilled water is free of dissolved minerals and other particles, it has the ability to absorb toxic substances from your body and eliminate them. In distilled water the lost electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chloride) and trace minerals that your body needs in very small amounts, such as chromium, copper, manganese, magnesium, molybdenum iodine, selenium, iron, and zinc can be easily replaced by eating a healthy diet. Juicing is a great way to acquire these elements and re-balance the pH caused by slightly acidic distilled water. Your homework assignment is to discover these foods best for U and loved ones. 😉
