Google has been very aggressive in its attempts to censor content on this site. The web host provider had begun an investigation as to when, how, and who deleted it. Their preliminary results indicate foul play: “We do not delete any files without owner authentication. I have checked the April 6, 2019 FTP logs in ‘ftp_log_20190406.gz’ and could not find any records where the file deleted during your FTP use.”)
